Role Description

The Content Creator is responsible for producing entertaining and educational videos for all social media platforms. The Content Creator collaborates with the Editors and Social Media Manager.

To be a successful Content creator, you must think outside of the box and have creative thinking and be able to stay abreast on trending topics. You must be able to constantly come up with new ideas that will engage the audience for growth of the social media pages.

Geographic Requirements

• This is a remote position but candidate must be a U.S. citizen with a U.S. address in the following states: Arizona, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Michigan, New Jersey, Washington, Virginia, Mississippi, Louisiana, Oregon, Nevada. 

• Occasional travel may be required. 

Duties

• Record captivating videos about health, wellness, eco, sustainability, products, and destinations.

• Must be able to record 5-10 video reels per week.

• Able to meet deadlines as outlined by the editors.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or certification in editing, broadcasting, journalism, english, marketing, or similar is preferred.

• Experience recording or editing videos for social media.

• Must be proficient in the english language.

• Must be knowledgeable and able to apply techniques of SEO.

• Able to use proper grammar.

• Able to think outside of the box.

• Must have excellent communication skills.

• Technology: Able to use Canva, Slack, Adobe, Google Workspace apps, ClickUp, All Social Media apps.

• Must be passionate and knowledgeable of holistic lifestyles, natural/toxic free living, eco-friendly, sustainability, health and wellness, and related topics.

• Able to research trending topics and reliable sources.

• Must have up-to-date camera or camera phone and computer.

Compensation

• 1099 Independent Contractor

• $20-50 per project, per diem

• Holtarian to provide the following equipment as necessary: ring light and backdrop boards.
